STANDARD PURCHASE PROCEDURE.
1 C&R Home Ideas will attend your premises to discuss your requirements.
2 While in attendance, we will measure your required products and select colours and or styles.
3 Within 48 hours, C&R Home Ideas will email your quotation to your nominated email address.
4 An SMS will then be dispatched to your Mobile Phone advising your quotation has been emailed.
Whereby an email address is not available, C&R Home Ideas can provide a written quotation whilst onsite.
5 To confirm your order, C&R Home Ideas require a 50% deposit be paid.
Balance of order required to be paid on the day of installation.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
EFT detail is provided on each quotation.
Credit Card payments can be made by contacting C&R Home ideas on 03 9021 1483
Cash Payments can be made at time of measure.
6 Upon receipt of deposit, your order will be dispatched to our factory for manufacture.
Please allow 14 - 21days for standard orders.
7 Upon completion of manufacture, C&R Home Ideas will SMS a time and date for installation.
8 Once your order has been delivered and or installed, the balance of payment is required to be paid.
EFT Detail is provided on each quotation.
